Contact and partner forms

When you send a form, we receive the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, country and your message). We use them only to answer you and, for partner applications, to evaluate the cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and taking steps before a contract. We keep inquiries for up to 3 years and then delete them.

For end customers we may pass your inquiry to the authorised RedX partner in your country, so that they can answer you. We tell you when we do.

The website itself uses only cookies necessary for it to work. Product photos are loaded from our online shop redx-tent.com.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to it, by e-mail to redx@redx-eu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
